When Emma got to my classroom Friday after school (for those of you who check this and didn't know, Katie and Emma ride a bus in the afternoon to Mark and I's school and then we go home when I get done), she was so excited b/c she was chosen as her Kindergarten teacher's Star Student of the Week! This means that she gets to take their class mascot, Leo the Leopard home for the weekend and write about what they did. We also send pictures of Emma and her family and write a little thing all about her.
